What we can accept
iPhones and MacBooks that are 1 to 3 years old and in good working order. We’d gratefully put them to use.
Before you send it

Sign out of your Apple ID.

Turn off Find My.

Erase the device.
How your device helps
Our team uses phones and laptops to coordinate our work: staying in touch with orphanages about what they need, arranging deliveries, and keeping donors updated. A reliable device means less time lost and more help delivered.
We ask for devices that are 1 to 3 years old so they still receive Apple’s software and security updates and will keep working well for years.

Where do I send my device?
Email us first. We’ll reply with where to send it.
What happens to my data?
Please erase the device before you send it, after signing out of your Apple ID and turning off Find My. That removes your data and lets us set it up for our team.
Will you confirm you received it?
Yes. Let us know when you’ve sent it, and we’ll confirm when it arrives.
